Delivery & Inspection Guidelines

  • We rely on third-party delivery partners such as REDX, Pathao, and Steadfast for order deliveries.
  • While we usually deliver within 2–4 working days inside Dhaka and 2–5 working days outside Dhaka, please note that delivery times are estimated and not fully under our control.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect your order thoroughly in the presence of the delivery agent.
  • If you notice any issue with the product or packaging (e.g., wrong item, damage, leakage, or missing item), contact us immediately at +8801533-108862 before opening the seal or letting the delivery agent leave.
  • Complaints made after the delivery agent has left will not be accepted.
  • If you're unable to inspect the product during delivery, please record an unboxing video. Complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be entertained.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.

  • Return shipping: You will bear the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or we made a mistake in your order.
