At Dioxa, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. To ensure transparency and clarity, please carefully review our return, refund, and cancellation policies outlined below.
- Delivery & Inspection Guidelines
- We rely on third-party delivery partners such as REDX, Pathao, and Steadfast for order deliveries.
- While we usually deliver within 2–4 working days inside Dhaka and 2–5 working days outside Dhaka, please note that delivery times are estimated and not fully under our control.
- Upon delivery, please inspect your order thoroughly in the presence of the delivery agent.
- If you notice any issue with the product or packaging (e.g., wrong item, damage, leakage, or missing item), contact us immediately at +8801533-108862 before opening the seal or letting the delivery agent leave.
- Complaints made after the delivery agent has left will not be accepted.
- If you’re unable to inspect the product during delivery, please record an unboxing video. Complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be entertained.
- Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.

- Return shipping: You will bear the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or we made a mistake in your order.
- Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method (e.g., bKash, bank transfer, etc.). Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
- Partial refunds may apply for:
- Items returned in used/damaged condition.
- Missing components from the original package.
- Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
- If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
- Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before the product has been picked up for delivery.
- Once the product is picked up or shipped, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
- If you must cancel after shipment, you will need to pay both delivery and return shipping charges directly to the delivery agent or via bKash.
Please be 100% sure before placing an order. Product changes or cancellations will not be accepted once the product is out for delivery.
- Damaged, Broken, or Wrong Items

If you cannot check on delivery:
- Record a full unboxing video
- Send the video and issue description to our official page inbox.
Complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
